I had a pleasant stay with my family at this hotel for a wedding event. The staff were accommodating, and the amenities, especially the pool, were enjoyable. However, several rooms need some refurbishment, as I noticed dust and outdated furniture in some of them. Overall, it's a nice place to visit, but there are definitely improvements needed in the room maintenance.
My recent stay at Grand Ixora was absolutely wonderful. The highlight for me was the exceptional service from the staff, who truly made my stay feel special. The location is great, being close to the airport, but a bit busy during the day. While the rooms were clean and had a nice view of the pool, I did find them a bit small for a longer stay.
